The Playboy Club Exhibition

Philip Townsend will set the scene at the Playboy Club, London with his remarkable photographic record of the swinging 60s, the decade Playboy opened its doors in the UK. 'Art at Playboy' will be immersed within the hub of the club's Players Lounge.

The exhibition runs between 20th March and 30th April 2012 and is open to the public.

This exhibition has been created in partnership with the Playboy Club London and The Watergate Street Gallery, Chester.

The Great British Hairdresser

I was very pleased to be asked to be the photographer in one of the episodes of The Great British Hairdresser, a series made for Channel for but first shown on E4.

Here I am on the day of the recording being interviewed about my work.

Mister Sixties 24 January– 4 March 2011

My highly successful exhibition at the Lowry in Salford will be moving, as part a touring exhibition organised by The Lowry, on to the Arts University College Bournemouth from the 24th January where it will run until the 4th March 2011.

I will be giving an Artist Talk as part of the exhibition preview at 4.30pm on the 20th January, in Lecture Theatre 2 at The Gallery.
